Bone & Muscle problems

Due to intense workout, my right shoulder is painting. So, whenever I do shoulder or not it pains. And i can't other exercise too like chest workout or pull ups. Please suggest me with relief

I am 37. Suferring back pain. biopsy niddle done but no result. MRI report d10 - d11 infected. Dr suggest syondylodiscitis probable tuberculosis. started tuberculosis medication before 26 days. After biopsy one blood test was done name of this blood test are "BLOOD BONE VIRUS SCREEN". Report was HIV - Negative, HbsAg - Negative, HCV - Negative. Sir pl reply my doubt I am very stressed so pl reply soon. My qurries are 1) If any chance to HIV in this condition? 2) Is that a right treatment? 3) what is the actual name of my deases? Is it only Tuberculosis if yes then what is the type sir?

Very pain in bones and not any work and every day was pain in evening and so I checkup a doctor ..

I was diagnosed with giant cell tumor in my right femur at knee I was treated with bone grafting with artificial bone powder but it's not been shaped properly so I'm not able to fold my leg fully and stretch my leg completely it's been 2.5 years and now I went for 2 nd stage operation where a bone  piece will b removed from my hip and bone grafting will b done .now my doctor is telling  I won't b able to fold my leg even after operation so I'm worried now
