Has swelling in down of left shoulder blade and has increased size in two years it was small in the beginning but it increased in size approximately 15cm*10cm and have no pain is it any type of cancer just clarify my doubt and procedure

Hello, I've been having numbness in my last 2 fingers of my left arm from past 4-5 days and on surfing the Internet i found that its ulnar nerve trapment. I found that on pressing the region just below the elbow gives a tingling sensation to my last two fingers (ring and little). Also the numbness has reduced some amount since the first day and there is no pain in the arm. Can you suggest me any methods or exercises that would help me. Can it heal on its own?

I am worried about the medication prescribed by my doctor but bit hesitant to question him. I was asked to take pantoprazole tablets (I dont have any issues with my stomach acid) & Paracetamol (i dont have any pain nor fever). I thought I would be asked to take multi vitamins & calcium tablets. But that was not the case.
