Dear sir i am very confused that some doctor says ihve sciatica some doctor says i hve hips replacement some doctor says i hve both i am totally confused what to do i need help

Sir...By birth I am a PHC person..Last 6 six years back I have met with fracture for the same leg..I already consultated orthopaedic surgeons...All r prescribed different type of Calcium and Painkillers for regular use..But if pain is unbearable then I wish to use painkiller..If I consult to you there any chance for solve my problem..

I like to get hard pressed massage on my lower back and like stretching of thighs. I always feel getting massage. Sitting for 2-3 hours, (break included) on chair alleviate pain. Also always feel like stretching my thighs. A doctor said I had vitamin d deficiency. But most people have this deficiency. Kindly suggest.

I've been having back aches from a week now. I can't bend when I'm doing work because it hurts. Because of this pain i feel pain my ribs too. the pain is not very severe but slightly mild. Usually when i bend or change my position i feel these movements in my back.

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis loss of cervical lordosis my mri report shows c5/c6 disc shows annular fissure and diffuse posterior bugle with central herniation indenting spinal cord and encroaches on both neural formia .hyperintese signal is seen in the spinal cord in left side represents myomalacia. c6/c7 disc shows annular fissure n diffused posterior bulge with right paracentral herniation indenting spinal cord n right c7 nerve n encroaches on both neural formina. I also get tingling in legs and nerve pain in one right hand finger. I also get pain in entire spinal cord when envolves prolonged sitting job. I want to any ayurvedic treatment is there to cure this entirely. Also with this condition whether I will be able to perform any job .

I am 70 above age and I have paining my calf since 4-5 days. Its too paining near calf and i have pain near above my hip level

Hello doctor, Here my question is that my grandmother is 77 yrs old ,she suffering lots of joint pain problems , many tablets , oil taken not cure , ..so...I saw Amway ads tablet of Nutrilite glucosamine HCL with bosewellia..this contain pure all veg.tablets not contain any color and written in that eldery person can take who suffers joint pain also my grandmother not have any kind of disease...so can I give to my grandmother?

I have pain in heel and calf muscles science last 5 months. I had done vitamin D test which was 5. Then I took medicines for two months. But the problem is still there. I also done color Doppler ( veins) for both the legs and the result is also normal. What should I do
