I've been experiencing back pain since last 1 year whenever am running or swimming for more than 15 minutes. This does not end here while running. Nowadays, even when am doing nothing, backpain is still there. Please suggest

you need to incorporate back strengthening exercises in your daily regim. it's quite possible that it is muscle fatigue which can be managed well with medications and physio
