Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, i met with an accident two months back..and did knee aspiration after a week of the accident..as i am unable to sit down amd climb stairs..i consulted doctor and done mri..reports shows acl grade 2 tear.. Doctor taught excercise for quadriceps with roller beneath the knee.. He said surgery is not necessary..and go ahead with the excercise.. Could you please suggest whether this will workout and can regain my strength? And suggest me some excercise ?

I ve been having lower back pain . I took mir there was a mild bludge @ l4 l3 l2 . In my report it's mentioned spondylitis. I already took calcium and vitamins d3 medicine it was a 1 month course. And also took treatment of acupuncture but still steafness and pain is there. From last 4 yr I have a severe problem .

I hav a shoulder and curvicular pain from last 3yrs sudden my sterocurvicular bone has come out and i hav too much pain and i hav done my MRI and pyscio therapy also n trtment frm a doctr bt no difference

Having upper back pain left side,there's one point which keeps paining. Unable to walk properly or bend and pounds badly during jerks . Unable to even sleep properly.its been 1 month now,have already consulted with orthopaedic ,and undergone medications but nothing happened.have some vitamin deficiency,and been taking regular sunlight as adviced. This could be muscle spasm or nerve pull, not able to figure it out. Need immediate guidance.

Hello, My mom has a pain in her left toe that comes and goes. We went to an orthopaedic doctor and did blood test as well and everything was fine. The doctor recommended medication for calcium defeciency which is for 3 months. Almost 2 months are done but the pain is still the same. Could you please assist? Thanks Regards Gautam

Pain in right wrist from last three months. Some medicine and pain killer taken as suggested by house physician and at Apollo hospital. Still not feeling comfortable to full extent

I have this neck and back sprain since 6 days now. It suddenly started when i was going to take a shower. I went to noble hospital hadapsar pune and the doctor gave me 2 injections and medicine.. it was better since the 3rd day and suddenly started from 5th day again.. it still pains when i move my neck here on one side(left).. It did not start due to improper sleeping position but yes it pains more during night since last 2 days What is the reason for such musle sprain and how it can be cured?
