Im an 18 year old boy, and my height is 5'2" .
My height has remained verymuch constant for the past year.... Im really worried about it. I want to increase my height atleast upto 5'7" .
I read that there is body growth upto the age of 21.
Pl help on what i should do.

But with proper nutritional diet and exercises mainly stretching can help you to increase heigjt in this age.
