I fell from 20 ft approx on my back
My wight is 110 kg and it been 3 days..i am using pain killer tynenol and two ointments 1)v1 jointment and2) nise spray..but from yesterday my right leg and calf is also paining. I am not able to lift wieghts like bucket.. I am riding bike but when mounting n dismounting i feel lot of pain.

After a fall from that height, you need to go to a hospital and see a doctor. There may be issues that may need to be looked at.
