When I walk more than one kilometres or stand more than ten minutes I have faced heavy pain in my both foot sole, my uric acid report is 5.5

This means that your feet are not prepared to take your weight. You may need Physiothery consultation to know more about the cause of pain so that it could be corrected. There can be so many issues. Either the plantar fascia is tight or there could be spur in the calcaneum. Better to get it investigated. There could be some metabolic issues
