Bone & Muscle problems

From last 10days severe pain radiating from neck to left hand, feeling high weight on hand. Especially at bed time it is more.

From last two days i am having lower back pain which is little mild and muscle feels like stiffened while sitting on chair and while turning in bed i feel like muscles stiffness. I have a marathon tomorrow please help me

My mri shows posterior diffuse disc osteophyte complex bulge seen at L4-L5 level causing moderate indentation of thecal sac, moderate to severe compress of both lateral recess and both neural foramina but is more severe on right side, i have too much pain in lower back especially on right side from hips to toes

I have been suffering from the pain in my arc and ball of my both feet for the last one year .the phisical therapy exercises not helping even incrising the pain.giving ice pack regularly.
