Bone & Muscle problems

I am a regular walker / jogger since many years. My weight has been constant at 80 kg since a long time now. Lately, after jogging for 20-30 mins I start experiencing pain in my knee joints. I use a flexible pair of running shoes with thin cushions. Pls suggest remedial measures or precautions that I should be taking to avoid this discomfort and continue with my jogging Regards, Stephen.

Hi,sir i have pain in my lower leg and knee and this pain only occurs when i walk too much and i also can't run because when i run i have pain in my knee and when i jump i also have pain.When i sleep and woke up next morning i have pain in my leg and knee and  when i walk or exercise that morning pain goes so, what is this? Why i have this?What is the treatment?

When I move my head left side or lift heavy above my head then my neck and shoulder nerves started paining and it's been 4 months I m suffering .. I am also suffering from neck cervical but now cervical is almost ok

My mother is having pain in her neck which is on the left back side below the ear. after waking up from sleep she is unable to move her neck because of this pain it was on the right side before and now on the left side. she dont apply pillow and rest on a flat surface for sleep. this pain is permanent now how to get rid of this pain. is there any thing that could be done to stop this pain and stiffness in neck .

I was having a pain in my lower back since February of this year. I have been unable to sleep properly in night due to immense pain rushing through my right leg. I then consulted a doctor and he gave me a few pills with painkillers. He also advised me to put an ointment over the area of pain, but then also my pain is not completely recovered.

I've been having a terrible neck pain for two days now, on the right side due to which I can't move my neck much, I suppose it's a nerve or muscle pain as I slept in a bad position

Im suffering from pain in tip of right hand index finger. The pain is sharp. Few month ago i was facing the same issue. After using thumb brace i got relief but now the pain came back. Xray do not show any prob.

Today morning i got up and i was moving the neck suddenly I realised that the bone sound and till i am having sevior2 pain

My brother has skid from bike and fracture his left leg below knee on Sunday and he has got swelling and after 6 hours he has got bubbles on the leg where is fracture doctors are telling that they cannot operate tell there is swelling and bubbles so I am confuse and doctors are advising to discharge and come after 4 days plz suggest

I receive occipital nerve blocks about ever 12 weeks because of severe headaches. I also had c3-c7 bilateral facet joint ablations 4 years ago. I am noticing an increase in lower neck pain which is very bothersome. I am noticing i get upset a lot easier and the mess make me want to sleep. I also gained 75+ lbs since this all happened.
