Bone & Muscle problems

I have this pain from last two weeks have tried applying oinment but no relief even tried home remedies ...what should i do to cure this

I am suffering from knee and hip joint pain from last couple of months however x-rays reports came normal. Should i go for MRI as well?

I twisted my ankle while playing badminton last night. My foot went sideways and I had a sharp pain which then subsided after a few minutes. I was then able to walk without a problem. However a couple of hours later while walking down stairs I got a severe pain, which has then continued till now, and there is also a swelling on my ankle.

My mother had diabetes problem . four days before i have checked their sugar level which reaches 160 before any food.

After standing or keeping let in the same position for sometime, it hurts in knee while folding. Pain is at the right side of left knee,which goes down to ankle. I feel pain while walking and climbing stairs. Please suggest me what should i do.

I have a severe shoulder pain since two weeks, i probably think it is a shoulder pain I'm not able to move it normally, I've taken a lot of painkillers but it releaved me temporarily only. Need an urgent suggestion.

Hi, My daughter is 16 months old and still she is not able to walk even stad by her own however her only source of food is mother milk despite of our all efforts she doesn't have any other food supplement even milk juices. I have seen her to doc and we have done her wrist xray and then we came to knoe that she had rickets but not severe one and doc advised to gv her vitamin D and calcium as well.  I am very tensed please advice. I have cubitus valgus but its genetic but in Air Force it doesn't work I am so tired I searched everywhere can you suggest Me exercise or yoga to reduce it
