Bone & Muscle problems

Doctor do.x ray in my back..he asked some muscles are streched so there is problem while you sleep...he take.me some painkiller and muscle regarding medicine..bt there is no result...how much time take to recover from muscle strain in lower and upper back.

I sprained my ankle pretty badly 2 days ago. I waited a few minutes but I was able walk to my car and drive home (on my right foot). The swelling went down very much by the second day but is still there. I cannot yet put any weight on the foot without pain. How long until I will be able to hobble around for a decent amount of time to take a flight

My mom had severe shoulder pain, post consultation she took MRI and the report says "partial thickness articular surface tear noted in distal supraspinatus tendon. Tear measures about 1.2CM in width. Rest of the cuff tendons appear normal". Please guide me on further step. Surgery or Medication?

I had delivery on 18 April and thereafter I have back pain in be hips where spinal ends. It was normal delivery

Hello, My daughter fell down from sofa and she is not able to lift the hand.she is crying when we touch the joint part of left hand.no swelling noticed but she is suffering with more pain.please suggest me.

My wife had under gone Manupalation UGA for frozen shoulder.she is gettig better but deltoid pain is the same as it was before the procedure , very painful .Doc says it will last for approx 3 months and has given pain killers .is there any other option other than PK .she is doing physio but no relief from the deltoid muscle pain .Pls suggest some
