One orthopedic told that ligament has been teared, and will need time to rebuild. Another said to go for surgery. Kindly suggest alternative to surgery.

She got hurt in her leg fingers and it  is  nowswollen  for 3 days...what should be done?...if need to consult doctor what type of doctor to be consulted?

Hi, I had left humerus fracture 7 months back. The fracture is healed properly but elbow joint is becoming stiff due to extra bone formation -heterotopic ossification in posterior and medial aspect due to this my range of motion is restricted in between 30 to 90 degree. I did physiotherapy for around 4 months initally. Shall I go for surgery?
