Bone & Muscle problems

I have swelling and pain in my both palms. Also legs get tired very soon. The last 1 week swelling has been constant and it's a very weird pain/feeling that cannot be described.

Suffered dropped knuckle a few months ago after punching hard object. It has been seen by a doctor who concluded that no surgery was needed. I'd like to know whether or not the dropped knuckle will go back to its normal position overtime or if it is dropped forever.

Since last two days severe pain in my left foot on it's own and massive swelling, I've googled about it and found it maybe due to gout attack (uric acid or sugar). Please suggest me whom to visit as pain is getting unbearable. I stay in Gurgaon DLF phase 3. Thanks in advance.

3 weeks ago had a cramp while setting wrongly on the couch, by days R hip pain started.I made MRand CT and my doctor diagnosed me with early arthritis!and wrote me only a joint care medicine! CT exam has no finding and was all normal, but MR findings was ( right femoral head/neck patchy areas of marrow edema signal and minimal R hip joint effusion

I lnjured my SI joint 4 weeks ago. Chiropractor twice a week. Last night I had fever ,chills my bones were aching severely. I threw up only once. Thought it was flu. Slept 12 hours. Today my hip actually feels better. I don't know what to make of this. Do you think it could be related or coincidence?

Hello Doctor, 4months back i had broken my right clavicle collar bone while playing cricket,doctor advised me to wear arm sling for a month.After one month took one more x-ray,injury was completely healed.But it's been almost four months now, little discomfort while stretching,get some pain when i sleep by turning right.Till how long it'll be der.
