Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having back pain since last month or so. I work in an IT company and usually work for 8 hours a day. It gets bad at times and does not pain at all some times. Since it is lower back issue, I'm quite worried about it.

My dad is having pain in back and side muscles from past two weeks... He has tried pain killers and other gels to get rid of the pain and by also wearing the support belt on the back. Now i am curious to find the actual cause and wondering which doctor or deptt to consult for his problem. Should it be a MD or ortho??

I am 41 , having burning feet & gouty pain under my sole &severe pain in calf since two years .I am not diabetic , no drinking no smoking, no drugs .please prescribe some medicine for my problems.

My mother is suffering from severe shoulder pain.She gone to hospital for check up and the doctor said that she may be suffering from cervucal spondylities or having frozen shoulder.He recomanded to undergo physiotherapy.But she dont want to undergo physiotherapy now as it seem a little bit costlier.She want to try some medicine first.

Hi, Getting pain under foot. Also pain at only back side of the foot (under foot). Heavy pain when I try to walk after a 10 mins sitting or idle. Any remedy pls?

Hey I am 23 years old I have been experiencing tingling in my legs for 3 months now , the doctors I consulted gave me vitamin or omega 3 capsules they worked to some extent but now from 2-3 days I have been experiencing a dull constant lower back pain and also slight pain in knees sometimes , I know this isn't vitamin deficiency , please help.
