Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having pain in the outer arch of my right foot since 3 days. Sudden onset of pain three days back and is sharp in nature.Pain occurs only when I walk or stand. Used topical pain killers to relieve pain but didn't get any relief.

Since last two days my left foot is under massive swelling on it's own. I've googled about it and found it can be a gout attack, or maybe due to sugar/ uric acid. Please suggest me whom to visit as pain is getting unbearable asap. Thanks in advance.

My skin and muscles ache, it is a constant aching and pain,, seem i get some swelling in any joints i use for work, and takes days for it to calm down..

Today my sister given born baby he had hand deformation and only 3 fingers visible IAM very weak to control to see like give me curing possibilities

I was recently diagnosed with a chipped ankle fracture but instead of applying a plaster, the doctor told me to go for physiotherapy and gave me a ankle support, is this the recommended treatment for a chipped ankle fracture?

Plaster removed on 16 after they sujest for one month rest and not bairring waite .......xray tbis time shows recovery .....but there is a gape ......sujeest me wahat to do to get recovered .....

From month of jan-17 to till date left knee pain and currently swelling from last 1 months. xray done.

My legs and hands more often left hand pains a lot. I get cramps very often and jerks in my fingers n also eye.. I have less calcium and vitamin D in my body. I feel cold easily and get tired easily.

Good morning Doctor. I undergone spine fusion on 23rd July 2015. I am having SI joints pain since that time. I have taken Injection for pain relief after six months of fusion. I got 25 to 30 % relief. Dr suggested some exercises for relief but I am unable to do because of the pain. I have been asking my doctor for 100 % relief. He  said that he had put 100 % efforts from his side. So please let me know if there is any way to get relief. I can do exercises if I get relief 60 to 80 % relief.
