Bone & Muscle problems

I am regular gym goer. 1. My both knees left side bone is paining, when i bend sideways or pressure comes its starts paining. The pain is continous from 1 month. 2. My lower back use to pain regularly and when i stretch my back it gets releived. Whenever i used to do squats i cant do it properly as my lower back automatically leans forward even after trying to keep it stright. My daily routine: i used to do too much of bike riding regularly.

Arthritis problem I have pain in all bones, eye site getting weak, hair fall due to weakness in body, stomach also not working well.

Pain in entire joints specially in elbo, knee, shoulder also in back head, age is 32 years male, working

Having lower back pain almost tail bone.. for 20 days.. cannot sit.. if sitting then cannot stand in straight position for atleast a minute

Sir/Mam my grandfather have been suffering from whole body weakness from past more than a month, he had gone through some of medical checkups & and all the result were in favor, and having a prescribed medicine could not make any effect, he still have a weakness problem, So suggest what to do, I guess as he is suffering from Fatigue.

I have observed that one of my elbow joints are having minor pain when I do exercise and there is some enlargement of that elbow joint, just wanted to know what can be a cause and solution ?? Do I need to go for surgery or it can be cured by any medicine or external touch up of cream

I skidded from my bike 5weeks back..I had total five wounds..both hands, knee cap , toe area and ankle area right leg inner side. All wounds have healed ..except ankle wound. A small portion of the ankle area has not healed till know.. x ray of the ankle area shows a small particle in that area..is it necessary to remove the particle surgically.
