Pain in heel and also pain in finge area
Mam/sir I m 45 year old I m suffering from pain in my both feet in left the pain is in finger area and in right there is pain in heel I can't able to stand on my feet so plz

Sir pls consult a physiotherapist for the same as it looks more of plantar fasciitis..
Wear proper footwear while doing any activity
