Pain in lower back
I am 68 year old and have a lower back pain I h
ad a operation of disk replacement 15 year ago but now when I was pushing a big box I feel a jerk and now the the pain begin I don't fell when I walk when I sleep but in the sitting posture only I can walk very easily without any pain but in only sitting posture I feel iam taking tablets of calcium and pain killer by recommanded by docter .please help me
