  4. Neck pain vertigo. Confused wat to do?

I have been having pain in my neck and tinnitus in left ear and vertigo since 2 years ..also took medicine but didn't help. .Also tinnitus now appears in right ear. .very confused Wat to do??pls suggest does physiotherapy helps

Yes physiotherapy will have you for pain relief.. you need to follow the exercises which would be given to you
