Hi dr. I had knee pain problem from last 2 month. When i am walking that time my knee is paining pl advise

Upper / Mid back pain. Not in a single place. Morning stiffness. Relaxes on a walk of 45 mins. Mild stiff muscle pain will be there, obly felt during deep breathing. Is it some kind of arthiritis. It is happening for last 6 mnths. Any tips will be helpful, also any medicine

My lower joint from the waist is swelled a liitle bit and it is paining from 2 days.nothing can i do as its near my private part and nothing hit there.

For the 3 little fractures at the above to right leg 3 middle fingers, I met Dr, He applied POP Plaster at the place to below the knee for 30 days. I did the same and after 30 days Dr taken X-Ray and said that it is okay then he remved plaster, said there will light swelling you observe every evening upto 3 mnths and same is happening. Is it right?

So I'm a cheerleader. And I was doing a side needle ( basically you put your right leg up straight to the side) and then my left knee twisted out of place. when I fell down I could hardly breathe but there I lay for maybe 7 mins Then my dad helped me on the couch.
