Pain in wrist without injury.

I have been pain in between the bones of wrist near the joint for about a month. Even I consulted a doctor about this and X-rayed. It showed nothing. Also I took acelofenac for a week but it didnt work. I think there is something with connective tissue or artery.. I am using bandage continiously and that also doesnt works.

I fell on my knee, now it really hurts.

I was jumping on a trampoline and I accidentally fell forward, I landed on my knees, which were bent, and the right one took most of the impact. It started hurting a bit, but now it's hurting pretty bad. It also looks red (but that's probably from the trampoline), it's a little swollen, and it hurts to put weight on it.
