This pain is present since more than a year. I don't feel any pain during normal running/walking/playing, but I feel pain if I keep my left knee on the ground(example if I stand on my knees), also i feel pain while kicking(jerk) from my left knee.

Twisted ankle
During in the past two days I have done sports day and walked 10 miles with my school but during in this I have twisted my ankle 3 times they have put an ice pack on it but I am still struggling to walk on it.
