Swollen shin
13/06/2017: Suffered at blow to my shin while playing football, swole up at a lot immediately. I iced it regularly and applied a balm every day before going to bed. The swelling is down, but there's a slight bump even today. It is still painful while walking, but bearable. Basically it hasn't completely healed even after 10 days.
