Am having a small cyst developed on the right hand wrist, it is like ganglion cyst, is there any medicine to cure without surgery?Is it harmful? It is minor in size

A painless ganglion's only indication for surgery is cosmetic purpose. The cyst can be aspirated and steriod injected into it. This has lesser success rate compared to surgery.
