Pressure bandage, wrist exercises and anti inflammatory drugs along with multivitamin may help you. Try them .

Can go for again aspiration and  local injection if it does not help then go for the surgery.

Ganglion cyst comes from joint so everytime when you bend the joint it will give pain if it is of significant size . Better to go for open surgery and remove it in toto . Regarding recurrence, it’s not always like same cyst will recur , sometimes new one also occur . But if it is disturbing you in daily activities then go for open surgery rather than just trying needle aspiration again

Greetings from Bangalore. Better go for surgery and get it removed. Recurrence chances are there, but when the dorsal ganglion is removed completely- the chances of recurrence will be minimal.

Symptomatic ganglion should be surgically removed. As you have already taken injection and aspiration there are limited options for relief. Recurrence can happen but you should get it done for pain now.
