Ganglion in wrist
I have a small ganglion in my wrist joint. Can you suggest ways to dissolve this with exercise/diet?

It won’t dissolve on it’s own or not . There’s no medicine , exercise or diet given in books

Use a elastic wrist band. It may settle of its own. Surgery usually does not help. After surgery, recurrence is common.

Ignore it,if it is not disturbing u much.. U can go for aspiration procedure for cosmetic reasons.

It can reduce with restrictions of your wrist movement.. There is no diet by means of which this can dissolve.

It may resolve on its own. If pain increases - get it aspirated or removed.
