Ozone therapy
I had ozone therapy treatment for L4 L5s1 on 10th last month it's been 3 weeks now can i be back to work my IT job (sitting job) or should i take rest for some more days? And is ozone therapy a permanent solution? Right now I have some mild pain kind of sensation on my lower body glutes and legs to be specific is this normal doctor told that it will take 3 months time to be normal like before?

I can understand your concern.
Firstly, ozone therapy doesn't come under our system of medicine.
It doesn't have any proofs and studies if it's actually beneficial or not.
There is no point in asking questions related to these to us.
Ask them who did it.
