Is ultrasound therapy safe for shoulder stiffness. My shoulder is causing pain in neck and tightness and heavy feeling in head..can I do ultrasound therapy to reduce pain.is ultrasound safe

Usually ultrasound therapy is safe...unless you have specific contraindications to its use..few cycles of it are recommended for frozen shoulder treatment
