I'hv been facing severe pain in low back and back even cant sit or move. Taking bed rest for last 8 months once i was cured and started walking bt one month before i was again gt the same problm and cant evn move or sit facing extreme pain .

Broken ankle injury
4 weeks ago I got kicked by a boy in my class in my ankle I was brought to the hospital and I got a cast as the doctors said I broke my ankle. I got my cast off 2 days ago and I can't walk because it hurts. I can move my ankle and everything but I just can't walk on it. Is 4 weeks to early to get a cast off?? Please help
