Bone & Muscle problems

Swelling of thumb over last 2days. Pain with the movement, else just swelling. Have used ice pack + Omnigel & crape bandage since yesterday.

I've been having a Ankylosing spondylitis in advance case since 12yrs ago...please help and tips for AS....please

My mother aged 68 years suffer lots of pain in hand ,legs ,this pain circulating different part of the body.also foot get swelling ,not able to move and walk.what should i do.please give advice

Sir! I'm playing shuttle that time I move to wrong step suddenly fall into the ground after onward I'm going into hospital at tanuku, that doctor suggested 6weeks rest after chose surgery or medicine. In my present situation which decision will be right... Please tell me sir

Mild pain last 5-6 years in both knees. x-ray done. report shows diminished joint space with degenerative OA changes seen either side.NO abnormal effusion seen.

It's been 4days suddenly my ankle was paining I thought might b bcuz of reverse kick I got hurt in my ankle it must b paining then later swelling started I have been to local physician here he prescribed me some medicine it did not cure then in had Aceclofenac+Serratopeptidase+Paracetmol composition tablet until medicine effect is their m feeling

Right hand is paining from neck region to below shoulder after I wake up from sleep. It has been from one week and it is severe at times. Could not lift the hand up. Now slowly it left hand also started paining. Initially i thought I am sleeping on ine hand. But i started sleeping on both hands still the problem persists. Please help.

Sir i have pain in between shoulder blade and spin due to after lifting normal around 15kg  weights​ on both sides in hand .this pain is radiating type means when trying to movie shoulder than pain start or if take deep breath it causes pain and pain is only on one left side.

My mother aged 51 has been hospitalized due to acute knee pain since Saturday. MRI has highlighted 2 points 1. Linear altered signal intensity in posterior horn of medical meniscus not reaching up to surface Grade II tear 2. A 10x10x12 mm nodular lesion in distal metaphysis of femur. For the time being she is on traction physiotherapy and medications. The doctor has also suggested to undergo surgery as well. Need your guidance on whether the time being treatment will prove beneficial or surgery is the only option. Kindly advise.

Pain in ankle. Pains when getting up from sleep and when pressing the ankle bone. Pains only in the right feet
