Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having severe backpain which leads to legs also...I'm not able to sit ,sleep n walk properly....I have done MRI also nd the report are perfectly fine..it's more like muscle pain n I m going to physiotherapist also but I can't see any improvement.. n it's a continuous pain

I have severe back pains sometimes and in sometimes there is pain on neck I have tried pain killers it reduces the pain mildly but again it starts to pain

My father had operation before 6 year for ankle operation. And doctor had tight with wires.But now 6 months our for his operation his ankle pain has not end. He is not able to walk due to that pain. But Doctor is not suggesting any thing about that and said everything is ok. But i am suspecting some issue is there,which he is not telling to us.

I have this kind of thing on my right hand joint. It doesn't pain always but kind of restricts blood flow to my hand. It pains when I am doing weightlifting. It earlier existed like 2-3 yrs ago. Then disappeared and now it appeared again when I started doing pushups. Please what can be the possible problem And which doctor should I consult for this.

Yesterday i fell down some stairs and noticed serious pain where my shoulder and arm meet. I cannot move ny arm at all without a throbbing pain coming to it.

I've had inner knee pain and swelling for 2 weeks. I've tried inflammatory medicine, ice, heat and rest. Pain and swelling gets worse when working and weight bearing for a long period.
