Bone & Muscle problems

I have been diagnosed with l4,l5,s1 disc buldge,treating with medicines and some exercise prescribed by doctors,it has been 2yrears still no results of recovering still facing issues related to bending forward/backward,side bending,stiffness on back,problem in prolong sitting and then standing or walking ..

I punched the wall and now my knuckle is paining. It feels like sensation out there. Abd whenever i touch that middle knuckle it feels like something i can move.

ALL WE VE DONE MRI ALSO DONE , DOCTOR SAID THAT ITS BECAME SHED IN KNEE.DOCTOR SUGGEST THAT TO DO OPERATION .

We have knee pain since last 5 years .Some sometimes there is no pain .But for specific period ,more pain in left knee.Right leg knee has mild pain.After sitting idle long time ,can not stand immediately ,heavy pain.Making some movement and lifting for walk. My left leg ankle ligament is pretty weak. since 5 days i am having pain between the small toe and ankle, upper side of the foot. It gets unbearable after walking for a while. I applied volini over it with crape band aid support but it didnt make any differene. The upper area is slightly swelled up not much. what should i do ?

I have been discovered with bakers cyst 12 cm in backside of my knee ...the knee hurts and calf muscles have swelled ...I am on medication for osteoarthritis. Will the cyst go away on its own and if drained by syringe will it come back? Do I need surgery?

First time dislocated 6 years back. Then several times dislocated. I want full cure ! There are always pain when I sit on the floor for study . I can't play any game for fear of dislocation again.
