Bone & Muscle problems

Sir/mam I am in problem for 4momths I have blood tests , x-ray,MRI etc But not be sutesfy result Then I consulted with physiotherapy But not better happen I can't survive without painkillers. Please help me

When I rotate my left shoulder and raise my arm up a lump a bit smaller than a golf ball comes up on my collarbone then looks like it slides back under or behind my collarbone when I drop my arm, is this something to worry about? P.s. I play baseball and throw left handed if that helps.

Sir I am 19 year old and done my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY using hamstring (Autograft) and partial meniscectomy(MEDIAL) . I am obese. Now my only concern is early osteoarthritis. Reach studies show that osteoarthritis can be seen one year later acl surgery on MRI. IS THAT TRUE?? CAN I GO BACK TO FOOTBALL. DOES OSTEOARTHRITIS WILL HAPPEN TO ME??

For hip replacement of male 43 years which implant should be used?? Titanium or delta ceremic?? Is delta ceremics have side effetcs any?? Like itching etc also??
