My grandma who is 80 has had 2 surgeries till date; a hiranya operations about 10 years and before that a hysterectomy about 30 years back. She has been a very hard working village lady. Docs said her bones are deteriorating. She has incessant pain and back is bending. Can we give her belt, medicines? She is not able to sleep well also.

My wife is having consistent back pain since 15 days, when she takes rest it is relieved but when she goes to office and sit for around 8-10 hours it starts again and sometimes begin to pain more. She has the history of disc problem but it has not bothered her from past 6-7 years, earlier if back pain happened it was always relieved by taking 2-3 days rest. Cause of this time pain is, she cleaned the house thoroughly post that it has started paining consistently. What to do is complete bed rest for 8-10 days is good or anything else is the solution.

Sir,I have been taking escitolopalm oxalalate,clonazepam for last 15 years.Besides,I am taking atavastin 10mg +finofibrate for last 1 year.The problem with me is impaired alertness,confusion and poor decision power, absent mind and knee crunching.
