Broken finger caused from falling over and landing funny. Potential compications not aligned properly. Very swollen and turning black might be a blood.clot?

I have been having a back pain from past 3 days and i am taking pain killers and applying voilini spray but there is no effect.

I had fever in the last month, from then onwards i am having knee pain, wrist joint pain, finger pain, painful to make a fist. consulted a local physician who gave me a pain killer. it helped me only for 2 days. after finishing the course, again i am having joint pain. Help me on that.

Before 1year fell down from a 3-4 ft height, after that doctors said just a minor stress or strain..which will be recovered within some days, but still the pain is there while walking or giving some pressure on it. So someone please suggest me,with whom means which specialist I should concern.
