Diagnosis dilemma for rheumatoid arthrit
Dear doctor My sister 22years has been diagnosed with early Rheumatoid arthritis. Reports reference RF Igm  68 Ru/ml Anti ccp  0.5 neg Ana neg Esr  60 Crp  2.12mg/L Vit D  critically low 7.8 but when we went for second opinion we return back with polindromic rheumatism as their was bo sign of samage in the x ray & ultrasound radiography please advice Find the attached reports

Please get a steam therapy at any naturopathy centre. It is an inflammatory disease of joint, so take some medicine and do the therapy, thank you
