Headache generally starting from base of
Headache since last six years..underwent shoulder dislocation surgery in 2013.of late the intensity has increased with the neck pain probably inciting the headache.it originates from the back of skull nd travel is to the front head.have started having lower back pain too since last two years.

Last six year gradual pain can be musclar origin. Please consult orthopaedic physiotherapist who trained in kinetic control concepts or manual therapy concepts. It may because of upper neck muscles issues (cervicogenic headache) and also from levator scapula and trapezius trigger point).
