Ankle pain
I have constant pain in my ankles.It increases when I walk suddenly after long sit.Running and skipping activities make the pain more .

If old ankle injury, it has to go for proper rehab program which includes 1. Ankle mobilization (Mulligan) 2. Ankle tapping (Mulligan) 3. Proprioceptive exercise 4. Hip abduction strengthening exercise If no ankle injury, please visit a physiotherapist or Orthopaedic to get diagnosis
