Bone & Muscle problems

I have stiff and painful finger joints, making finger movements and painfull.Have pain while laying flat to sleep.difficult to hold some thing . Cant clap with hands.index finger get trigger and pains to unfold.(one hand only).one sholder also painful to move. One aceclofenac will relieve all pains in half an hour. But reappear after about a day.

One day, I was playing football and I suddenly rolled over the ball and got hit on slightly below my back and above my hips. I do not any problem in running but I am able to play as usual as it hurts while walking sometimes.

About 10 days ago I got this sprain in my neck while doing squats (workout) and the pain then spread to my shoulder. Nothing seems to cure it. A lot of pain all the time.
