Severe pain in knee, ankle, shoulder

Joint muscle pain heel pain

I am having joint muscle pain and heel pain for quite some time. I consulted my doctor and he prescribed me Neurobian forte and vitamin E tablet. However that didn't stop the pain. The pain is not severe but still during the evening I do experience it. I got my uric acid tested. It is 6.3. Could you please share your thoughts on this.
