Paining near left shoulder,where left hand joints.from yesterday morning.in orking there is no problem but i feel pain.

My mom's lower back nerve is paining. She is not able bear the pain. Suggest me some solutions for this please.

Both my wrist make cracking sound when I rotate them or move them up down. I don't get any pain when they crack but my wrists are very weak in strength. It has been like this since my college days 12 years ago or even before. Is it due to any problem,or in general do I need to worry? If yes,what I shall to get rid of this or improve it at least? My left leg thumb is slightly bend. In causes pain during long walk or wearing shose for long time. What i should do to get rid of this problem.
