My Right leg first finger too much pain It wll occur offen but it is very pain Can I know the reason and remedy for this

Have knee pain because of OA. No injury or fracture. +77 years old. Advised to use Knee Brace. Please advise what kind of knee brace it should be.

I did intense dance training for 6 hours on Saturday and Sunday using a special prop that requires your arms. By Monday my biceps hurt whenever I moved my arms or extended them. I had dance in the evening and I didn't take heed to the pain felt earlier and danced that night. Now I cannot move either arms at all without feel excruciating pain.

My wife has right shoulder pain 10 days. We thought it was a muscular pain then we went to physio therapist. She went for 3 days sitting for vibrato therapy after that her pain extended to back head and right arm. She couldn't able to hold her head for long because of neck pain. For the past 7days , she was taking rest in the bed but still the pain is not reduved. We have taken the blood sample test and we found out she has Vitamin-D deficiency. We went to check with local physician they gave some pain killer for 5 days but the pain still persist. I like to know any specialist doctor from Whitefield which I can consult. Thanks in advance.
