I got checkup as a precaution and its found that vitamin d level is less and its on level of deficiency . I checked online n came to know about calcirol 1g sachet which can be taken weekly. Please suggges in this matter n how to take..if taking with milk sugar to be added or not. Also there is a increase in level of homocestein . Its 41 .

Vitamin D3 deficiency

I have pain in shoulder and in all the joints and muscles. Got my test done today its shows deficiency of vitamin D3. My vitamin D3 is just 7.19 and ionized calcium is also low. B12 is almost near to lower normal range it's 219. Magnesium is okay. Please suggest what should I do?

Wrist pain

I've had wrist pain for several months now. It gets less and more painful based on use. It only hurts when wrist is bent at 90 degrees and pressure placed onto it. It doesn't seem to hurt any other time. I can do pushups and sometimes it doesn't hurt but if I continue to do them it will eventually but this also happens when pushing heavy objects.
