Bone & Muscle problems

I am experiencing pain in both my heels since one month. It happens more when i wake up from sleep or after sitting for sometime.

Always my leg are paining, I don't know y, before 2 month I went to gym,but now I stopped it,I think because of that am feeling leg pain,,,say me some solution

Hi sir, i have met with an accident 4 months back the bone broken in thigh, and its not healing just tissues formed and not feeling like cured in walking. Its already 4 moths still am not able to walk straight and normal. i use to mastrubuting daily twice! Is mastrubuting is the reason for not getting cured?mastrubuting daily effects healing?

Past from 2 weak iam suffering for joint pain ankle toes hand not able to walk one step. I went to doctor he gave me medicine and injection but no use now my iam to not able to bend my knee please help me

I have pain on the back side of my neck since last one month, in some position of the neck, I will get tingling on the whole left hand, when I consulted the Doctor, he gave me "Pantoplex"tablets, after taking 10 tablets, the tingling on left hand is cured but pain on my neck is still there.
