Distal radius fructure , i am healing it under cast,yesterday after 30 days my POP was removed but my ulna seems to dislocate a bit.

I fell from bike and got pain in right shoulder from one week. Whenever there is little pressure it is aching.

I've had a shoulder dislocation about 8 months back and my shoulder has been quite unstable since then. I play karate which requires a lot of overhead and forceful movements. The shoulder twists within the joint when I do overhead activities. I had not done an MRI of my shoulder immediately after the dislocation. Recently, I have been experiencing painful snapping. Sometimes, the pain radiates to my neck and my biceps. I find it difficult to do regular activities. What should I do?

My friend used 2 be a doctor amd said my shoulder is out of place and made me an appointment to fix it should i use a sling after

I got MRI done which says At l5 S1, there is a mild diffuse disc bulge causing mild thecal indentation. The left l5 and S1 nerve roots are partly conjoined resulting in higher course of S1 and lower course of l5 at the lateral recess and exit foremen respectively. These together result in mild impingement of both the l5 and S1 nerve roots.

I am suffering from a steady pain in my hips from last one month and now spreading to entire leg and feeling it maximum while driving bike. Please suggest
