Bone & Muscle problems

My foot hit by a wall at my home and 4th finger in left foot curved. I did X ray and found hair line fracture and taking medicine from last ome week, however, I am not getting relief. Please advise.

Im regular badminton player.My right ankle twist 2years back.Its starts paining anytime.My small bone below ankle is bit outside is observation done by one doctor

Dear doc, I suffered from lower back pain in end April doing household chores. This got sorted in a few days. Then in end June while weight training, I experienced intense lower back pain - which resulted in me fainting for a few seconds out of intense pain. It reduced in intensity after a week's rest. However it's still sporadic, and gives tingling (bone) pain, especially in the left side of the lower back, after some activity. Kindly advise. Thanks, Karan

My vitamin D content in body had been reduced to 4 ng/ml that is highly deficient .Iam facing problem of joint pain,loss of body stamina and feel exhausted all the time.
