Bone & Muscle problems

I was admitted with severe pain in my knee about one month back. MRI report reveals that there is a Medial meniscus Grade II tear. Some doctors have advised me to undergo surgery for the same while some doctors say that surgery should be avoided as far as possible. I was given some injections and medicine but the pain is still there. Kindly advise if surgery is the solution for my case.

I have a sensitive pain in my front thigh. Whenever I touch it it's really sensitive and sore. Feels like I have bruised it but I clearly haven't because there is no bruise. It's really hard to put all my weight on one foot aswell.

Left arm near elbow​. It happens with little pressure. It started 15 days back but there is no sign of any chest pain etc.

I have been experiencing pain in my lower back and knees,, sometimes in legs also .. i am just 28 years old and this pain is getting unbearable for me, as i have to travel in metro for 3 hours a day.

Ive had lower back pain for going on 3 weeks now , it was just starting to feel a little better but then woke up this morning and its feels worse . Ive tried icey hot back pathes and advil , nothing is helping anymore

I have been having a joint pain constantly and face a problem sit and up problem kindly give a solution for this.

Swollen foot and pain on the heel of the foot can not bear weight on one foot difficulty of walking even with brace and frame.

Dear sir I have body pain and leg pail from fast few days and doctor advised for turmicure tablet kindly suggest can I go for this?
