Bone & Muscle problems

I have been advised to take Ezorb D3 for 2 months for Vitamin D deficiency. Should I continue taking the regular calcium substitute( daily 500 mg) or stop it for these 2 months?

I am having a thumb pain and not able to fold my thumb . The lower joint of thumb is paining . I have applied pain relief for 2days but ther is no change in the pain.

I have infection problem in my finger from last few days after i having surgery of finger ..before 6 month ago i got an accident and my right hand finger are demage middle finger totaly lost and other are hevely demage so i hv 3 surgery now infection in my finger

Dislocation of shoulder, prosterior dislocation so pain X-ray reports are normal....................

My daughter suffering from leg pain from one week earlier it is happening in ancle of foot but now in full leg even she can't stand

I had an accident 20 years back and had hurt(bone injury)my ankle , had got that plastered and it was all okay and 10 years back again i had an accident and hurt my same ankle but this time it was muscle injury. Now a days with little stress my leg swells and i feel pain. Did x-ray and found my talus bone is tilted which is causing my leg to be little curve and short by 1cm in comparison to the left leg. I have done and MRI and all is found to be okay. What shall i do next to get this corrected.

After running for week now I am feeling pain in interior side of knee but knee joint seems to be allright as it is having all the movement without pain But I am feeling problem in walking and unable to run

I have the knee pain during upstairs or bend the knee gram last 6 months...I have also vitamins d3 deficiency

Need to have phulysio ift please let me know the better solutio. or concern centre near to my location

Please guide me to what doctors should I consult. My mother is ill every now and then with symptoms like joint pain, headache, diabetes, and so on. Trying every medicine to get cured. However, nothing is proving so sold to treat the problems.
