Sir i had non fractured in my left hand palm last month after plaster six week plaster it will not heal what should i do

Whenever I walk, my ankles pain. It started 6 months with an ankle twist but x-ray and MRI of that ankle didn't show any significant damage. Other ankle also started paining since last one month. Got x-ray and MRI done for my back as per some doctors suggestions. No pain in joints.

Extreme pain in left hand, its bones and ache in last vertebra of spine. Hand pains a lot after doing work. Fingers of left hand pain as well. This is for my mother, age above 40.

I sprained my left foot ankle on 14th Aug. I have mild to moderate swelling and no pain when I am resting. Just a feeling of stiffness. Both travels involve travelling in cars and flights and walking for sight seeing. All air tickets and stays are booked and I will incur loses if I cancel. Will my ankle heal till that time. What precautions should I take if I am traveling?

My mom has problem in knee. When she bend her left leg she feel pain too much. She do exercise daily & also takes medicine as per doctor said.

I met with an accident an year ago my knee got fractured my knee recovered but i am not able to bend it completly i am not able rest my foot completley

I am having a pain in right shoulder from past 7 years, it radiates through entire hands causes severe pain in elbow and wrist. I am unable to write properly causes severe pain and tingling. Compare to left shoulder there is a compression in the right shoulder.

I am about to consult homeopathy after few suggestion or shall i consults arthritis ortho practitioner. Which one will be more helpful to cure this problem.
