Bone & Muscle problems

I am having a left shoulder pain and unable to lift the hand completely freely. It pains a lot as the hand nears the ear and when it is bent back.

My mom aged 60 has severe back pain for a long time. Yesterday she was advised to take MRI and the result shows L4 L5 region have severe issues and may be operation needed. I want to confirm its necessity and best possible treatment for that.

I have suddenly started getting pain in my hip that means walking and standing is painful and sitting in certain positions hurt. Why is this and should I see someone?

I have got cervical long time back, bcuz it radiated to my hands as well, and few years later i found the similar pain rolling down to mt lower back and now it had radiated to my leg also at times, there is specific point which pinch pains, and there is a pinching and locking pain in the middle of the back, as well, like i have it right now.. also even i lift something heavy, climb stairs do even a little exercise or just bend for a little while and get up, i just crushes me with pain, and my pulse rate increases to extremely high levels.. my heart starts beating very fast and takes me a while to settle and breathe thereafter.. WHAT could be the probable cause .. could it be something major? I got a test after all this happened, for a long time and the doc founf that i had very deficient VIT-D (i.e 17.50) could this seriously be a reason? Bcz i still feel there is something major being undiagnosed? Bcz it hurts a lot in pain!!

My left hand pinky finger is slightly fractured inside.. It's causing sharp pain when I touched it. Is it necessary to take medication or not?
