Sir my 6 yr child suffering from severe pain in his knee from yesterday due to which he should not able to use his both legs not even walk

It could an injury that was overlooked or just an inflammation - Synovitis. You need to show him to an Orthopaedic surgeon. In the meanwhile you can give Crocin syrup and apply crepe bandage.
