I im having pain in my right foot.....under my ankle and above heel on the outer side....or i can say under both sides on leg under anklewith a little bit swelling......it become worse after running.....not im not even able to stand properly

My age is 43 and Iam having backache and spinal cord's disk problem. Please suggest a calcium and protein content milk powder

When I seat with folded feet, I feel pain below knee in my left foot and pain below knee left side in my right foot. I visited the doctor. He prescribed calcium and iron and 15-min exercise. After 20-days I have not got relief. X-ray showed no abnormalities. Please advise.

I had dengue fever last month. After 15days it is controlled. But now I have cervical spondylosis, spine pain,  hip, hand and leg joint pains.whenever am folding my hands fingers shoe tingling sensetion. Am using pantoprozole tablets daily one for 1month. What is the problem of me what am doing now
