I have a small bump on my forehead which Is slowly growing over the past 7-8 years and now is fairly visible. It looks like bone enlargement. How it can be treated? Pls advice

Hello, My granny who is 99 years had a fall in the bathroom this morning. She is unable to move her leg and has a lot of pain. Is there a doctor available who could come home and check her? I am suffering from lower back pain from 3rd August. Consulted orthopaedic , who suggested rest for 3 weeks and pain killer(dolo). The pain persisted for 4 days and latter reduced. So had gone to work on 14 th august but the pain reoccured. So took rest till sunday And to work from monday. But by the end of day there was severe pain.

3 months before, I met had a bone fracture in the accessory bone on left leg, just above the ankle. But still there is a swell in the ankle area that pains. Also there is little swell in the fracture point. The doctor whom I consulted told, it will be fine after few days, but still it is not reducing. Any solutions??
